2+ years C++ experience working on Windows NT and/or UNIX platform; OOA, OOD and implementation.
Analysis, design, implementation and testing of software. Minimum BS in Computer Science or Information Management. Strongly preferred: Borland C++; multi-threaded programming, SQL, RDBMS or OODBMS, QA Procedures. (Formal methodologies -- Booch and Rumbaugh, Rational Rose, or strong internally documented procedures.) Billing systems experience a plus.
